assumed by reservation company for any misrepresentation of villa material or
accommodations as guests will be working directly with villa owner after reservation
is placed. Any and all refunds or claims must be addressed directly with the villa owner.
The site company will negotiate and mediate for either party any refunds or claims pursued.
